The Discipline Committee of Remal Public School, Rohini, Delhi, has been established to maintain order and foster a positive learning environment. The committee's primary objective is to guide students in developing essential etiquette and responsible behavior, thereby ensuring the school's decorum and facilitating the smooth functioning of the entire educational ecosystem.
The Prefectorial Board, working under the committee's supervision, remains vigilant during key transition periods: morning assembly, recess, and dismissal time. Committee members also monitor the area outside the school building after students' dismissal to prevent conflicts and ensure safe departure.
The committee emphasizes positive reinforcement rather than merely enforcing rules. It recognizes exemplary behavior through a monthly "Model Student" award and organizes workshops on conflict resolution and respectful communication. Additionally, committee members mentor students who struggle with behavioral challenges, providing guidance and support to help them integrate successfully into the school community
